Scary Torch:
Materials: cardboard tube, construction paper, red light and tinfoil.
First you need to get a cardboard tube (building supply store). Next, cut flame shapes out of orange and red construction paper Glue them to the inside edge at the end of the cardboard tube. Stick the light in the tube. Glue a piece of tinfoil around the top of the tube. Plug it in and you are done.
